Conflict Management

These conflict management resource materials pertain to volunteer boards and staff. The material identifies how staff and volunteers can manage conflict to derive comprehensive solutions. The material includes role playing activities and games to engage seminar participants.

Alternative Dispute Resolution  

Emphasizes that conflict management is a better approach than conflict elimination. This management approach will lead to progressive solutions if the participants identify their differences as opportunities to pursue alternative solutions. 

Conflict Management Presentation 

A presentation that instructs participants to distinguish between positive and negative conflict while sharing experiences and learning from each other. Participants will develop an understanding of conflict escelation with the tools needed to resolve conflict in the workplace and volunteer settings. These tools are practiced through various role playing exercises.
